Big buds open to reveal old-fashioned deep velvet purple dbl blms that are overlaid with a wisp of smoke. Clusters of flowers are 4-5" in diameter, have over 40 petals & are strongly scented w/clove & lemony citrus. Deep green leaves have good disease resistance.
