Heirloom-One of the best for making pies! This is the classic variety used for making the original New England pumpkin pies. Also known as ‘Small Sugar’ & pre-dates the Civil War! While it is not as sweet at Baby Pam, the flesh is dry & stringless which makes it cook down easily for a thick filling & good consistency. Avg. between 4-7 lbs. & are dk orange w/light ribs. Sun.
