Tuberous Perennial: Deer resistant. Mediterranean native. The lance shaped leaves hold pretty and unusual flowers that are sweetly scented. A good naturalizer. Good for borders, bouquets, containers, rock gardens and woodland sites. Bloom time: spring. Bloom color: vibrant green with dark purple accents and nearly black falls. Height: 10-12 inches.
