Perennial: Vigorous, vining plant with shiny deep green leaves mottled with flecks of silvery variegation and purple stems. Philippine native. Easy to grow as a houseplant but can be grown outside. Bloom time: spring-summer but can take a couple of years to mature and start blooming. Fragrant pink star-shaped flowers. Height: 8-10 feet. Exposure: bright, indirect light. Water when the top 1-2" of soil feels dry. Toxic to pets. USDA Z10-13.
