All plants are listed by their botanical name. Nomenclature was determined first by using The New Royal Horticulture Society Dictionary Index of Garden Plants, followed by The Royal Horticulture Society Dictionary of Gardening, and finally Hortus Third. If a plant was not listed in either of those reference books, the next “best” source was used.

We have done our best to give the bloom color, height, width, exposure, water requirements, hardiness and other useful comments. Please note that while we try to be as accurate as possible, the information given is considered general information. Since there are so many microclimates, cultural information cannot always be 100% accurate.
